Who We Serve
Our Client Services Representative will assist families in determining eligibility for services. For a confidential interview, please contact our office at (810) 767-5750. We accept most types of dental insurance including Medicaid Healthy Kids Dental and the MIChild Program; however, dental insurance is not necessary to participate in our program.
Who We Are
Our Pediatric Dentists have special training in the oral health and dental development of infants, children and teens. This special training allows Pediatric Dentists to provide the most up-to-date treatment for a wide variety of children’s dental problems. Pediatric Dentists are also trained to treat special patients who may have emotional, physical or mental challenges.
Because we specialize in children, our Hygienists, Dental Assistants and Client Service Representatives take extra care to assure that your child feels comfortable and has a positive experience. Our child-friendly office is designed with colorful characters painted along our hallways that greet children when they arrive, and each waiting room offers a safe play area with toys, games, books and family videos.
How To Reach Us
Children are scheduled according to their age and behavior. Younger children usually respond better to treatment after a good night’s rest and are usually scheduled for appointments in the morning. Older children and adolescents usually prefer appointments after school and are scheduled in the afternoon. The Child and Adolescent Dentistry Department is located on the 4th floor of Mott Children’s Health Center.
