Mott Children’s Health Center’s Department of Child and Adolescent Health provides a full range of primary health care services for eligible children and teens up to age 18.
Our trained and caring team is dedicated to the well-being of children. They work with families, schools and communities to promote healthy lifestyles and outcomes for Genesee County children.

We also have an on-site, supervised Wellness Center, where children ages 10-21 and their families can exercise, and learn about fitness and healthy eating habits.
